DIRECTIONS

  1. Flood surface of Glass with Spritzer.
  2. In a bowl, mix Amy Howard at Home ® Glazed Over™, Amy Howard at Home ® One Step Paint™ – A Good Man is Hard to Find, and water at a 1:1:2 ratio. Using different sizes of Artist Brushes, and working at a 45 degree angle, begin to lay in veining creating a variety of thicknesses. Allow brush to turn and flow loosely.
  3. Using undiluted One Step Paint lay in more veining creating a variety of thicknesses.
  4. While still wet, apply one coat of Amy Howard at Home ® High Performance Lacquer – White Perfection. Do not allow to dry.
  5. While still wet, use Lint-free T-Shirt Rag to gently dab the areas where water droplets are visible, picking up paint to create organic and random ‘holes’ in the painted surface.
  6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5.
  7. Apply one coat of Amy Howard at Home ® High Performance Lacquer – La Grange. Let dry completely (48-72 hours).
  8. Once completely cured apply Ballet White One Step Paint to the backside to seal it.
  9. Flip glass over to reveal your Faux Marble Backsplash, and enjoy the bragging rights!
